CKK Retail Mart distributes packaged products to both retail and wholesale customers. It initiated operations in FY21, but from 2023, it has been primarily engaged in the trading and distribution of packaged agro products such as sugar, pulses, and ghee. Its business is mainly concentrated in Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, and the northeastern states. In April 2025, to further diversify, the company introduced a fruit pulp-based juice brand named “FruitzzzUp”. The company uses two distribution models. One is the 3-tier model, where the super stockists are the first point of product supply and then operate through distributors, retailers or wholesalers. This sales model generates major revenue and contributed 94.21% of revenue as of September 30, 2025, while the direct-to-distributor model, where super stockists are skipped, accounts for a very minor share of revenue at 0.15%. Besides being the key product, sugar contributes almost the entire revenue of the company, which is 99.94% as on September 30, 2025. The company has forayed into carbonated beverages, which, however, at present, make a very small contribution to revenue, i.e. 0.04%. The other products include staples like rice and pulses, dairy products, and fruit- based beverages under the FruitzzzUp brand. Most of the firm's operations are locally oriented, generating 95.50% of the sales. West Bengal is the main market with 54.99% of sales, followed by Bihar at 20.44%, Maharashtra at 12.05% and Assam at 4.70%. Exports account for 4.50% of sales, mainly from the UAE 3.66% and Tanzania 0.83%. As of 30 September 2025, the company was operating with 23 distributors and 15 super stockists for agro products. It has also ventured into selling through quick commerce platforms like Zepto and Blinkit.
