EPW India Limited is an IT electronics refurbishing company offering refurbished electronics products such as laptops, desktops, chromebook, monitors, and accessories (Keyboards, mouse, etc). The company operates through two supply chain methods- D2C and B2B. It has an established in-house repair and renewal facility, spanning 4,500 sq. feet, in order to facilitate the operational activity of refurbishment of IT products. The company follows a structured 15 to 20 day refurbishment cycle involving device acquisition, inspection, grading, secure data erasure, hardware testing and replacement, cleaning, restoration, software installation, and quality checks. The refurbished laptops are then packaged, sold through the company’s stores or website, and delivered with warranty and after-sales support. The company has improved customer trust by reducing the time it takes to resolve warranty claims from roughly 10 to 15 days to 2 to 3 days in the home state and 7 to 8 days in other states. The company had 15,235 B2B clients and 6,470 B2C clients as of September 30, 2025. 33.14% of revenue came from B2C sales, compared to 66.86% from B2B sales. As of September 2025, the company owned 14 properties, including retail stores, shops, and warehouses. Telangana led regional revenue with 70.39%, followed by Andhra Pradesh with 7.01% and Karnataka with 6.53%.
