About the company

Euro Pratik Sales is in the business of decorative wall panels and laminates. It is one of the top brands in India for decorative wall panels, holding about 15.87% market share in the organised space. In 2023, the company earned ₹1,743 crore just from wall panels. It has launched unique products like Louvres, Chisel, and Auris, which gained recognition at industry expos. The company operates on an asset-light business model that, instead of owning factories, outsources all manufacturing to 36 partner companies in India, South Korea, and China. Euro Pratik mainly focuses on designing products, building its brand, and expanding its market, while partners handle the actual production. As of March 2025, it has 30+ product categories and 3,000+ designs. They keep their product range similar to a fast-fashion brand, and have launched 113 catalogues in the last 4 years. Most of the revenue comes from wall panels (66%) and laminates (26%), while the rest comes from other products. Popular names in their range include Chisel, Decolite, Miga Edge (wall panels) and Sapphire, Acroglass, Mirage (laminates). The company sells its products through 180 distributors spread across 116 cities in 25 states and five union territories of India. Their network covers metros, mini metros, Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III cities. In terms of sales, the South region leads with 27%, followed by North (18%), West (18%), East (10%), and Central India (3%). In FY25, the company made several acquisitions to grow faster, which include Vougue Decor, Euro Pratik Laminate LLP, Millenium Decor, and others. They also expanded into the USA with Euro Pratik USA, LLC, resulting in widening the product range, expanding the distribution network and stepping into new markets. Over time, the company has built a strong brand through investment in social media, TV ads, trade shows, and digital promotions. In FY25, they spent ₹60 crore on advertising, which was about 2% of total revenue. The global wall panel industry is steadily growing and is expected to touch $13.1 billion by 2030 at a 3.8% CAGR, with high growth in the PS, PVC, and acrylic segments. In India, the market is expanding much faster and could reach about ₹5,507 crore by 2029 at 18% CAGR, mainly due to urbanisation, increasing disposable income and a shift toward stylish and eco-friendly products. The company is well placed to benefit from this trend. It already has a strong name, a wide variety of products, and a large network of distributors. Going forward, it wants to reach many more cities in India by adding to its 180 distributors and also grow internationally through its overseas companies. On the product front, it has 9 new launches and 300+ designs in the pipeline. At the same time, the company is putting effort into strengthening its brand with marketing campaigns and celebrity endorsements. Now, Euro Pratik Sales Ltd is launching its initial public offering (IPO), which consists of an offer for sale worth up to ₹451.31 crore. Its shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE.
