It serves over 150 clients, including Economic Times 500 (ET500) companies and operates with a team of 60+ engineers serving India, the USA, Singapore and other markets. The company operates through two business models: Recurring revenue model and perpetual license model, with each contributing 79.75% and 20.25% of revenue respectively. On the basis of solutions offered, CX & Analytics contributed 73.61%, Unified Communications and Infra 25.74% and Exato IQ 0.65% as of September 30, 2025. Domestic revenue accounted for 74.78%, led by Maharashtra (32.95%) while exports formed 25.22% of revenue.
