Icodex Publishing Solutions provides software products and services tailored to the academic publishing industry. Icodex has developed 11 software products such as iCAPP, PaperPerfect, FlexyPage and more. Its SaaS platform streamlines the entire workflow, from manuscript submission to final publication. It also provides BPM and IT support, including editorial, quality checks, and backend services for its global publishing client. In FY25, application support and IT management contributed 58.30% of total sales, followed by business process management at 24.42% and software product development at 17.28%. In FY23-24, Icodex derived 100% of its revenue from a single client and in FY25, the top customer contributed 41.7%, and the top five made up 99.28%.
