Ivalue Infosolutions is a business technology solutions specialist, offering built solutions for securing and managing digital applications and data. The company primarily serves large enterprises in digital transformation by understanding their needs and working with system integrators and OEMs to identify, recommend and deploy solutions meeting their requirements. As per F&S, Ivalue Infosolutions is one of the fastest-growing technology services and solutions integrators in India. Over the past 16 years, IValue has built expertise in data and application-focused technology solutions. Its OEM network expanded from 101 in FY24 to 109 in FY25, while system integrator relationships grew from 648 to 804, enabling it to serve 2,877 enterprise customers in FY25. By working closely with global and domestic OEMs such as Check Point, Forcepoint, Hitachi, Arista, Splunk, Nutanix, and Google Cloud, iValue delivers comprehensive solutions through its value-added model of consulting, solution design, integration, managed services, and training. The company’s portfolio spans four primary verticals: cybersecurity, information lifecycle management, data centre infrastructure, and cloud/ALM solutions. Cybersecurity contributed the largest share, accounting for nearly 47% of gross sales in FY25, followed by data centre infrastructure and ALM/cloud, both of which are growing rapidly as enterprises adopt hybrid cloud and hyper-converged setups. New offerings include OT/IoT solutions, multi-OEM stacks, and the Ivalue Centre of Excellence, a cloud-based platform that accelerates solution evaluation and deployment. Beyond India, IValue has expanded into six international markets: Singapore, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, UAE, Cambodia, and Kenya, serving enterprise customers across SAARC and Southeast Asia. Its services cover managed infrastructure, 24x7 SOC and NOC operations, cybersecurity monitoring, cloud migration, and enterprise service management. The domestic IT market is growing quickly. The total addressable market (TAM) for cybersecurity, data management, data centres, ALM, and managed services is expected to grow at a 23.1% CAGR from $22.7 billion in 2024 to $78.9 billion by 2030. This is because of government programs, investments from startups, and more businesses using digital technology. IValue, with 8 offices in India and an international presence, is well-placed to leverage this demand. Through its 109 OEM partnerships and network of 804 System Integrators (FY25), the company can expand its solutions across cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, and data infrastructure and meet the rising demand. IValue’s strategies focus on expanding its OEM, System Integrator, and customer portfolio, adding new partnerships and using its CLCA platform to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. It is also scaling Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevSecOps offerings and strengthening hybrid cloud solutions through Google Cloud Platform and hyper-converged infrastructure to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Now, Ivalue Infosolution Ltd is launching its initial public offering (IPO), which is a complete offer-for-sale worth ₹560.29 crore. Its shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE.
