About the company

Moneyview IPO will open for subscription on 24 September 2026. The IPO will remain open till 28 September, followed by listing on Thursday, October 1. Moneyview Limited is a consumer-focused, digital-only, credit-led financial-services platform serving “Middle India”. Incorporated in 2014, the company evolved from a personal-finance-management application into a multi-product platform. It introduced personal loans through lending partners in FY17 and commenced balance-sheet lending through its material subsidiary, Whizdm Finance Private Limited (“WFPL”), in FY20. As of June 30, 2026, Moneyview had 14.03 crore registered users, 1.19 crore monetised users and 48 financial partners. The platform operates as a two-sided network connecting users with banks, NBFCs, insurers and other financial institutions through real-time APIs and an in-house technology stack. For personal loans, Moneyview acts as a lending service provider (“LSP”), undertaking user acquisition, evaluation, onboarding, servicing and collections. Loans are funded either by platform partners or by WFPL. The company earns origination and servicing fees on partner-funded loans and provides default loss guarantees (“DLGs”) of up to 5% of the relevant portfolio; for WFPL-funded loans, the group earns origination fees and net interest margin while bearing the entire credit risk. Personal loans remain the flagship product. Moneyview offers fully digital loans of up to ₹10 lakhs with tenures of up to 60 months and had 22 regulated personal-loan partners as of June 30, 2026. It serviced 66.1 lakh borrowers with personal-loan managed AUM of ₹22,520.17 crore, of which WFPL contributed 25.12%. The wider product suite spans four categories: Borrow, comprising personal loans, earned-wage access, home loans, loans against property and credit cards; Save and Invest, comprising digital gold and fixed deposits; Protect, comprising general and motor insurance; and Transact, comprising UPI and bill payments. Moneyview’s target user base is relatively young and geographically dispersed. As of June 30, 2026, monetised personal-loan users had an average age of 32 years, 67.87% had an annual income of ₹3,00,000 to ₹11,00,000, and 79.5% lived in tier 2 & 3 cities. The company’s platform is completely digital and had a reach of 99.04% of Indian PIN codes and was processing close to 200,000 loan applications per day. But 36.8% of managed AUM was deployed in South India. The top ten financial partners contributed 39.02% of revenue from operations in Q1FY27, and 37.3% in FY26, down from 56.7% in FY24. Efficiency has improved, and with it, the scale of operations. The company disbursed loans worth ₹23,098.52 crore in FY26, a growth of 31.08%. Its managed AUM was ₹21,380.14 crore. Registered users grew at a 26.92% CAGR in FY24-FY26, and monetised users grew from 46.2 lakhs to 1.08 crore. Repeat AUM increased from 42.08% in FY24 to 60.8% in FY26 and 62.7% as of June 30, 2026. Operating expenses have reduced from 56.4% of total income in FY24 to 34.8% in FY26 and 34.1% in Q1FY27, indicating improved marketing efficiency and technology-led operating leverage. Moneyview in September 2024 entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Zeo Fin Technology Private Limited, which operates the Jify platform. As of June 30, 2026, Jify had partnered with 333 corporates, providing access to a salaried user base of 3.63 million employees, offering earned-wage access and other financial products through corporate partnerships. The acquisition widens Moneyview’s access to salaried users and verified employment data even as Zeo reported losses of ₹21.25 crore in FY26 and ₹4.28 crore in Q1FY27. India’s retail-loan sanctions are projected to rise from ₹76.6 lakh crore in FY26 to ₹138–151 lakh crore by FY31, representing a 13 to 15% CAGR. Personal-loan sanctions, which grew at approximately 43% CAGR during FY21–FY26 to ₹14.8 lakh crore, are projected to reach ₹33–36 lakh crore by FY31 at an 18–20% CAGR. Digital personal loans represented approximately 15% of unsecured personal-loan sanctions in FY26 and are projected to grow at 26-27% CAGR to ₹7.1–7.3 lakh crore by FY31. Structural drivers include rising middle-income households, smartphone adoption, digital public infrastructure, AI-led underwriting and greater formal-credit participation, while regulation, credit losses, funding access and competition remain key constraints. Moneyview accounted for approximately 10.5% of digital unsecured personal-loan sanctions and 1.6% of overall unsecured personal-loan sanctions in FY26. Its large Tier 2 and beyond user base, 48-partner network, pan-India digital reach and models trained on more than 100,000 variables provide a platform to participate in digital-credit growth. Its expansion into secured loans, insurance, payments and savings may also increase user monetisation over time. Participation in industry growth is not automatic: the outcome will depend on maintaining partner relationships, controlling impairments, complying with evolving regulation and converting registered users into profitable, repeat customers. Now, Moneyview Ltd is launching its initial public offering (IPO), which consists of a fresh issue of ₹750 crore and an offer for sale of ₹342 crore. The total issue size of the IPO is ₹1,092 crore. Its shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE. ### **How to apply for Moneyview IPO?** If you are interested in this investment opportunity but unsure how to apply for a Moneyview IPO, follow these steps.
