The company serves over a million patients annually. It also provides value-added services like home specimen collection, house call and multiple delivery and access options for test reports. With integrated services model and home collection services, the company has emerged as a differentiating factor among its customers as a diagnostic service provider. The company has also launched an mobile appointment booking app called ‘Nidan Healthcare’, which enables customers to book appointments for any test, from anywhere and anytime and can check exact test preparations without hassle. Out of the 35 centers operating under 'Nidan Healthcare' brand name, 16 centres are under the franchisee model and 15 centers act as collection centers. With the expanding diagnostic chain and dominant position in the northern district of Mumbai, the company is well-positioned to leverage high growth in the Indian diagnostics industry.
