Incorporated in 2006, NIS Management Limited is an integrated security and facility management services provider with a diversified portfolio spanning security, housekeeping, integrated facility management, and skill development initiatives, employing over 16,600 personnel across more than 1,200 client sites. Its revenue mix was led by security services (41.48%), housekeeping services (36.31%), and integrated facility management, including CCTV projects (20.31%), while training and other projects contributed around 1.85%. Key clients include Reliance Retail, Piramal Group, HDFC Bank, Torrent Power, the Taj Group, Oberoi Hotels, and several state airports, along with large government contracts such as the Pune Airport facility management project.
