Robokidz Eduventures was incorporated in December 2014. It provides technology-enabled learning and skill-development solutions for K-12 students across robotics, artificial intelligence, coding, electronics and STEM. The company primarily serves schools and educational institutions through educational laboratory setup projects, subscription-based programmes and other educational services. Its two-tier model uses laboratory installations to establish institutional relationships and subscription and support services to extend engagement. Educational Laboratory setup projects cover the design, supply, installation and commissioning of robotics, AI and STEM laboratories, including learning kits, curriculum, teacher training, technical support and maintenance. Subscription services use the Young Engineers Garage model and provide structured content, kits and digital resources. Other Educational Services include manpower deployment, workshops, boot camps, summer camps, teacher training and technical support. In FY26, laboratory projects contributed ₹72.02 crore, or 77.25% of revenue from operations; subscriptions contributed ₹11.93 crore, or 12.80%; and other educational services contributed ₹9.28 crore, or 9.95%. The company serves government, semi-government and private schools, educational institutions and individual learners through direct institutional relationships, channel partners, government-linked projects and activity centres. Operations span multiple Indian states. Maharashtra remained the largest market but declined from 89.86% of revenue from operations in FY24 to 53.04% in FY26. Delhi contributed 19.99% in FY26, followed by Kerala at 6.77% and Gujarat at 5.27%. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Robokidz Retails Private Limited, the company had two franchise-operated Young Engineers Academy centres at Malad (West), Mumbai and Baner, Pune, together with two centres directly managed by the company or subsidiary.
